By accessing or using PaisaProof’s website and related experiences, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are a pre-launch draft; a final version may be published before broad public release.
The service
PaisaProof provides educational calculators, institutional information, and a waitlist for early access. Features may change, be withdrawn, or require separate terms as we ship new capabilities.
Not financial, legal, or tax advice
Nothing on this site is personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. PaisaProof is not a registered investment adviser. You are responsible for your own decisions and for consulting qualified professionals when appropriate.
Waitlist and communications
Joining the waitlist requires a valid email and your agreement to required legal terms. Optional marketing consent governs additional messages. We may verify your email before treating your signup as complete.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service—for example, by attempting to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the service in violation of law. We may suspend access for behavior that risks users, us, or third parties.
Intellectual property
The site, branding, copy, and software are owned by PaisaProof or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the public site for personal, non-commercial exploration unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Calculator outputs depend on your inputs and assumptions; they are illustrative and not guarantees of future results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaisaProof and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
